Family Concert
Playing with Time

It is an enigma: invisible, but perceptible to all. Unstoppable, but elusive. The time! Most of the time it's not there. At least that's what the adults claim. In Michael Ende's Momo story, the adults are also running out of time, while the children and Momo's friends Beppo Street Sweeper and Gigi Tour Guide initially resist the pressure to save time. What does all this have to do with music? In the family concert "Playing with Time", a cooperation between mini.musik e.V. Munich and the Nuremberg Papiertheater, we explore the mysterious phenomenon of time through poetic images and music by Georg Philipp Telemann, Arvo Pärt, Jaques Ibert, Johann Sebastian Bach, Béla Bartók and Tōru Takemitsu.
