In the Public Master Class, baritone Thomas Hampson works together with the new scholarship holders of the 2023/24 Liedakademie on musicality, technique and expressiveness in the musical genre of the art song. The young singers and pianists have just passed the audition for the top-class, year-round support programme of the Liedakademie and are presenting themselves to the public here for the first time. The audience has the unique opportunity to get to know tomorrow's young singers and to look over the shoulder of Thomas Hampson, one of the greatest singers of our time.
