"Bridge the chasms that divide" - with a project under this title, the Signum Quartet and their violist Xandi Van Dijk, who comes from South Africa, are dedicating themselves to the end of apartheid there 30 years ago. Overcoming dividing lines - this mission probably sounds familiar to many young people; it could easily be applied to current situations in our lives together. The Signum Quartett would therefore like to discuss questions of democracy and freedom with young people in its concert for school classes. Works by young South African composers created especially for this project will be performed.
